Job Costing
MYOB Exo Job Costing is a richly-featured module for completing job or project costing and reporting. Its functions include budgets and quoting, billing, timesheet and cost recording, through to profitability and variance analysis.
MYOB Exo Job Costing is flexible, and can be configured to suit a wide range of business requirements. These range from engineering jobs, make-to-order environments and consulting firms. Use it to manage output items requiring outwork and additional chargeable labour and costs. The Job Costing module is totally integrated into MYOB Exo Business –no re-keying of transactional information or debtor invoices is required.

Fixed Assets
MYOB Exo Fixed Assets tracks and manages assets owned by your business, updating depreciation and revaluations as needed. This module can be integrated to the Exo Business General Ledger – dealing with depreciation and maintenance schedules in real time.
Track fixed assets such as vehicles, machines, hardware or office equipment for accounting purposes. Identify purchases loaded into the company’s MYOB Exo General Ledger and prompt an asset to be created for tracking, maintenance, depreciation, revaluation and disposal. This module also caters for parent/child assets. Full reporting is available.

- Depreciate by book and tax value for up to seven years
- Group by hierarchy and/or type
- Locate assets, track them and allocate staff to manage or maintain them
- Recognise purchase and disposal of assets
- Report by depreciation, groups, maintenance, revaluation and more
- Set and manage maintenance schedules.
Exo On The Go
Staff can use the Exo OnTheGo application to securely connect and access the business information on the go, enabling them to better manage the entire quote and order process.
Exo OnTheGo empowers sales teams to quickly make and convey key decisions, optimising the order process. Customers receive their orders quicker with fewer mistakes – improving satisfaction.
This mobile app works off MYOB Exo Business’s core financials module. It allows salespeople to show product catalogues, complete with images; customer-specific pricing and stock availability; view a customer’s purchase history and outstanding invoices; place orders; and more.

MYOB EXO Management Reporting
MYOB Exo Sales Analysis & Reporting is designed to make the entire operation of your business visible.
It delivers a comprehensive suite of reports with sales analysis (including dashboards and dashboard design) and general reporting. It offers an interactive management report and optional extra graphical dashboards for users. A standard library of over 150 reports spans debtors, creditors, stock, GL, Finance, GST and more.
Predefined sales analysis reports let you view sales by customer, by stock item or by month. Clarity Report Writer lets you write new reports as needed.
With a powerful management dashboard, each user can select from a range of out-of-the-box graphical reports to monitor their specific area of the business. With drill-down capabilities, you have the ability to quickly navigate to the area of the product to get more details or to take action. Analysis tools built into the product allow you to easily monitor stock performance, track sales against budget or produce detailed sales analysis reports to help you optimise how your business is performing.
Management Dashboard
The management dashboard is designed to quickly inform you of important things in your business such as underperforming stock, period or daily gross profit, overdue invoices and sales performance by the stock group, salesperson or branch. The drill-down feature allows you to navigate straight to the information you need to make decisions, such as the details on an overdue invoice. Charts are easily exported for inclusion in management reports.
Built-in reports and report templates
MYOB Exo Finance comes complete with a large number of pre-configured reports and forms. Each of the reports is fully customisable allowing them to be used as templates for additional queries. This saves considerable time and allows your business to analyse your data in a way that is meaningful to you.
Access to Microsoft applications
Using MYOB Exo’s Finance SQL database enables you to use Microsoft applications such as the complete Office suite (Excel, Word, Access etc.) to further manipulate and report on your data. Using standard tools you can create powerful dynamically integrated spreadsheets that update automatically.
Drill-through reporting
MYOB Exo Reports provides interactive on-screen reporting. Turn any of your standard reports into a dynamic screen report that you can analyse the detailed information underneath. Drill-through reporting provides a more flexible and intuitive way of interacting with data.
