Health & Safety Surveys

Essential goods suppliers are continuing to visit stores to ensure products are ranged and available for sale, however the priority is to keep field teams safe whilst they work.

Adding a compulsory Opmetrix survey for field teams to complete during every store call will help your team keep safety at the forefront of what they do.

Add a survey to complete before entering a store, along with other health and safety surveys to record any incidents.

Phone Visit – Call Cycles

Whilst you may not be able to visit customers, you can still keep in regular contact with them.

Some Acclaim customers have added an additional ‘phone call’  visit type to ensure they complete their regular daily call cycles.

Touching base with every customer remains as important as ever. Adding a survey to collect information about when they should next touch base, or what essential supplies may need to be restocked helps measure critical supply and best service.
