David Pal

David Pal is the Technical Sales Engineer for Acclaim. David has over eleven years experience in PC service and support and has training in both Novell and Windows NT server. Dave's specialties include Novell NetWare, Windows 95/98/2000, Windows XP, Windows 2000/2003 server, MS-DOS, general PC and LAN issues along with PC service, support and upgrades.

Richard Tully

Craig Paltridge

Craig joined Acclaim in 2006, in the position of Technical Sales Engineer. Along with plenty of industry experience, Craig is also a Microsoft Certified Professional. As a certified engineer he can assist you in your technical needs, upgrades, typologies, environment, backup procedures and general maintenance of your systems. Craig has supported all areas of Hardware including Networks, Servers, Desktops, Notebooks, Printers and Wireless gear to list just a few. Craig also has extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop software, specializing in support of Windows NT Server, Windows Server 2000/2003 and Windows 95/98/2000/XP.

Annette Parminter

Annette has more than ten years of experience with a variety of data systems. Her main focus has been on the implementation, customisation, training and support of accounting and payroll software. Annette’s involvement with MYOB started more than 5 years ago when she became an MYOB Approved Partner. Today Annette is an Approved MYOB EXO Business Partner and is Acclaim’s implementation and training manager; helping clients to get the most out of their accounting and payroll systems.
