Banking Utilities

The Acclaim Banking utility comprises a number of modules that are licensed individually.

Stock Price Update

This utility allows the user to download Stock Item data from the Exo Business tables to the local machine and work with the data in an off-line mode. Data can be filtered in order to apply changes to selected data only. These filters can be as simple or complex as the user requires. New field values can be calculated based on existing fields and rounded if necessary. Once satisfied with the changes they can be uploaded to the Exo Business database.

Stored Procedure Handler

This utility provides a method for the Exo Business partner to set up stored procedures that can be run from the exo Business menu. An option to run a clarity report following the stored procedure is provided.

Sales Order

Sales Order entry and list forms provide alternative entry methods for your unique requirements.

SMS

This utility allows users to build custom queries and message templates and SMS selected clients. Users of this utility are required to purchase message credits in advance.

Booking System

A graphical interface that shows staff / resource commitment and provides invoicing of completed jobs.
